    Packaging lets it down

The wire itself seems good quality - very firm, and much nicer looking than it appears in the photos. However, I've taken one star off for the way it's packaged; the wire is tied with plastic cable ties that are pulled too tight. I couldn't get my scissors into the gap between the tie and the wire, so used a craft knife instead. It was hard to cut, and I accidentally cut some of the cotton in the process. The cotton isn't glued to the wire so it started to come loose and, although I managed to re-secure it with super glue, it was a bit of a mess. I appreciate that it was securely bound for delivery, but it was pulled far too tight. It would be better to use something that is easier to undo and more environmentally friendly - like string.
