This kit was advertised as having full instructions, and said on the box ‘contains step by step instructions’. However I couldn’t find any in my box when it arrived and called the telephone line. I was told this is the first paperless kit that had been produced, in spite of it being wrapped in tissue which was caught up in the lid, behind which there was a Qcode.
Hardly an auspicious start.
