September: Hummingbird on Flower

Join us on another magical trip to make this adorable little Buff Bellied Hummingbird from the September Subscription Box! This type of Hummingbird is one of the larger ones that only bless limited areas in the world with their presence and sadly we do not have any in the UK. All the more reason to make one in wool! You also get to make the flower and because our monthly project is so tiny we have included enough wool to make two!  You also get to make the flower and both, bird and flower are attached so your little bird looks like it is feeding from it. The technique of how to make the flower is using water soluble paper so if you are also a Flock Member you will get to try this twice plus have a special tutorial at the end of this month. For everybody else we have a Flower Making tutorial on our YouTube Channel. You will need medium and fine felting needles which are only included if this is your first subscription box.
