Join us for a truly special day of creativity as we welcome back local, award-winning artist Agnese Davies to our beautiful new HQ in Nailsworth!

In this full-day workshop, Agnese will guide you through the art of needle felting to create a stunning semi-3D picture of the vibrant and graceful Bee-eater bird, known for its bright, colourful plumage. Your finished piece will be displayed in a hoop, ready to take home and treasure.

🧶 This workshop is perfect for beginners and those already on their felting journey — everyone is welcome!
You’ll make one completed picture and learn techniques that will stay with you for future projects.

Agnese who won the 2023 1st prize 'Made in Ross', received the award 'recommended' at The Secret Gallery in Newent, as well as being a finalist at 'Broadway', is well known for her gentle teaching style and individual approach. She prefers to work with small groups (max 8 participants) as she likes to spend time one to one as well as explaining and demoing to all participants. Her attention to detail is exquisite and marks her work as so special.

Agnese is passionate about the natural world and the preservation of animals and birds.
She discovered needle felt art several years ago, regularly visiting our shop. Her pictures and sculptures are delicate and hand made with care and great attention to detail and ‘personality’.
