Small Toadstool House Small Needle Felt Kit is a fun, easy beginner project.
Suitable for beginners+ and children over 10 (or supervised crafty children 7+).
Skill level: Easy beginner
Size: Approx. 10cm high
Techniques used: Basic shaping with wool, attaching shapes and adding colour features/decorations.
This small kit contains:
- Full colour, step-by-step instructions
- Wool batts: 6 different wool batts
- Two types of curls
- Flower Garden space dyed tops
- Felting needles (#38 medium)
- Eco Wool Felting Mat (made from recycled wool and 100% compostable)
You will also need: Sharp little scissors
Designed and packaged in the UK using ethically sourced and eco-friendly materials. Please reuse, recycle, and/or compost packaging & tools.

It's for a friends birthday present who writes children's books, and her badger character is called binkie. So hopefully Julie will get great pleasure in making him.
I've been wanting to felt a kingfisher for ages and just couldn't resist this kit when it became available. I wasn't disappointed. The kit is perfect, the instructions were very clear and are suitable for everyone including beginers. The finished item may not turn out exactly like the kit picture but that's the joy of felting.

Made creating an image of a 'bauble' so much easier - follows curved surface so keeping size and perspective

I am never disappointed with The Makerss kits and this one was an absolute joy to make. Suitable for beginners but also great fun for more experienced felters. I also have enough wool left to make a mini version. Really lovely kit.
