Really very happy with The Makerss. Although there was a long delay for my item, Lisa kept me informed regularly, keeping check if i'd like to continue to wait or recieve a refund. My item had accidently been left available on the website when they were'nt available. Easy mistake, refund was offered along with explanation or I could contitnue to wait. This was down to manufacturer not The Makerss. As a show of gratitude, they kindly sent me a gift for my patience. Was not necessary but very much appreciated. Highly recomemnd them.
