January 2026 Flock Box – Fairy Crash Course

This month’s try-me products in our Flock Box invite you to make a little fairy or 3! Fairies are very special to The Makerss — not least because Steffi has written a whole book about them — but also because we truly believe everyone needs a little fairy in their life.

This box is a hands-on crash course in fairy making (as long as the fairies themselves don’t crash). You’ll learn how to build the basic structure with well-balanced proportions, create different dress styles and hair dos, shape delicate, youthful faces, and explore several options for making wings. You’ll also learn how to wrap wire thinly to create dainty little arms and hands.

Another great mouse make

I love these little mice characters , I've made several now plus made my own special characters to add to the family. This Gardner mouse is didn't fail to impress either. I may have adapted mine a little by making a little 'cactus' of wool instead of the provided coloured wool but it only adds to his charm. I would recommend these kits to anyone the instructions are easy to follow and once you've made one little critter you will want to make more of your own.
