Really very happy with The Makerss. Although there was a long delay for my item, Lisa kept me informed regularly, keeping check if i'd like to continue to wait or recieve a refund. My item had accidently been left available on the website when they were'nt available. Easy mistake, refund was offered along with explanation or I could contitnue to wait. This was down to manufacturer not The Makerss. As a show of gratitude, they kindly sent me a gift for my patience. Was not necessary but very much appreciated. Highly recomemnd them. My order arrived as expected in good condition . The contents were exactly as described, good quality , nicely packaged and each packet had a description attached so you knew what had arrived. Lovely kit, super easy to understand, along with an unexpected free gift and personal touch. I didn’t really know what needle felting was, but have always loved the figures when I see them in shops so wanted to give it a try. From the moment I rolled (and stabbed!) my first piece of wool I was hooked, so therapeutic, easy to do, and allows the personal touch :) I’ve only just finished my first bed but have already ordered three more kits as well as more tools as I can feel this will be a lifetime hobby for me now!

What can I say ? As usual kit is fabulous,wool is fabulous,instructions are absolutely fantastic. Customer service is beyond wonderful and I love Steffi,watching her videos and hearing about what’s going on with her in life and in business. Just the best needle felting company on earth!! I also love her dogs!! xx
