My order arrived as expected in good condition . The contents were exactly as described, good quality , nicely packaged and each packet had a description attached so you knew what had arrived. Lovely kit, super easy to understand, along with an unexpected free gift and personal touch. I didn’t really know what needle felting was, but have always loved the figures when I see them in shops so wanted to give it a try. From the moment I rolled (and stabbed!) my first piece of wool I was hooked, so therapeutic, easy to do, and allows the personal touch :) I’ve only just finished my first bed but have already ordered three more kits as well as more tools as I can feel this will be a lifetime hobby for me now!

What can I say ? As usual kit is fabulous,wool is fabulous,instructions are absolutely fantastic. Customer service is beyond wonderful and I love Steffi,watching her videos and hearing about what’s going on with her in life and in business. Just the best needle felting company on earth!! I also love her dogs!! xx

Love this paper for firming up needle felted leaves etc and moulding into place. Works really well.

After a minor download issue (thank you for sorting the issue out so quickly) I received this set of intructions. As an experienced felter who has numerous sets of instructions I can honestly say these are so easy to follow even beginners will be able to create an acceptable final product. Yes some of the felting is admittedly challenging due to size (I recommend beginners wear finger guards) but the final item is so cute it seems a pity to use it as a pincushion.
