Really very happy with The Makerss. Although there was a long delay for my item, Lisa kept me informed regularly, keeping check if i'd like to continue to wait or recieve a refund. My item had accidently been left available on the website when they were'nt available. Easy mistake, refund was offered along with explanation or I could contitnue to wait. This was down to manufacturer not The Makerss. As a show of gratitude, they kindly sent me a gift for my patience. Was not necessary but very much appreciated. Highly recomemnd them. I’m already hooked!

Lovely kit, super easy to understand, along with an unexpected free gift and personal touch. I didn’t really know what needle felting was, but have always loved the figures when I see them in shops so wanted to give it a try. From the moment I rolled (and stabbed!) my first piece of wool I was hooked, so therapeutic, easy to do, and allows the personal touch :) I’ve only just finished my first bed but have already ordered three more kits as well as more tools as I can feel this will be a lifetime hobby for me now!
