How do I leave a product review?
It really helps us and other customers if you review out products and you can earn yourself reward points by doing so!

How do I manage my Subscription box?
Logging into your account at www.themakerss.co.uk
If you have already created an account yourself, click log in (on mobile - the person icon), and then go into your account, and then ‘Manage Subscription’.
If you have not created an account, click ‘Sign Up’ and do so using the email linked to your subscription. You will be sent an email to activate your account and need to click the link (this may go into a junk folder).
Update your address details
- Log into your account as above and click Manage subscription
- Click Address and billing information
- Click Edit next to the information you would like to change
- Enter the new details
- Click Save changes
Update your card details
- Log into your account as above and click Manage subscription
- Click Payment information and then Edit
- Enter your new details then click Save changes
Skip a payment
- Log into your account as above and click Manage subscription
- Click Manage upcoming orders
- Click Skip Order next to the month that you would like to skip
- You can always click Resume Order if you change your mind
Change your payment date (MAKERSS BOX ONLY)

Log into your account as above and click Manage subscription
- Click Change date (just under the name of your subscription)
- Enter your new preferred date and click Save changes
Cancel subscription (if you want to skip—see above)
- - Log into your account as above and click Manage subscription
- - Click Cancel Subscription
- - Select a feedback option then click Cancel subscription - the button will change and you will need to click Cancel subscription AGAIN to confirm.
I am a Box Subscriber - how do I redeem my exclusive discount code?
Congratulations! If you you currently subscribe to any of our monthly subscription boxes, then you can receive 20% off the items in our SUBSCLUB Collection! The products included in the collection will change from month to month, so check out your printed Box Newsletter and Mid-Month Subscriber Newsletter email for details (or better still, bookmark this page!)
To redeem your discount, simply add the code SUBSCLUB into the "Gift card or discount code" box at checkout, and the savings will be applied to all the eligible items in your cart - see the section below for how to use codes.
Please note: this discount code is valid for (and will only be accepted on) orders placed by customers with a current box subscription and also only applies for the items listed in this collection at the time of ordering.
If you are not a box subscriber, then here is another great reason to subscribe!
How do I use a discount code or gift voucher (gift card) code?
- If you have a voucher code for a free product (such as free wool, silk clay etc.) you must put that product into the basket for the voucher code to work, and then follow the steps below.
- Add items to the cart as usual and then go to the cart page. Click the 'Go to checkout' button:
If shopping on a laptop:
Enter your code into the box that says 'Gift card or discount code' then click 'Apply'.
If shopping on a mobile phone:
Enter information, then choose shipping, then you will be taken to the 'Payment' page of the checkout process. Here you will find the 'Gift card or discount code' box, just above where you will enter your payment details.
Enter your code into this box, then press the arrow button to apply it.
- If you are using a discount code, please note that only ONE code of this type can be used per order.
If you have one or more gift card codes, you can use as many of these as you like in one order; simply enter each code one at a time using the steps given above.
Please note: discount codes cannot be used to purchase Subscriptions or Gift Vouchers.

How do I spend my points?
Log into your account and click 'check rewards' at the bottom of the screen. (on Safari browsers you may not be able to see this box). Choose a reward and press redeem to receive your code (this comes by email). If it is for a particular item, you need to add the item into your basket first and then put the code into the 'CODES' box at checkout (on mobile press 'view order summary' to see the Codes box).

Where is my order?
We aim to post out by the next working day after your order, it may be slightly longer during busy periods, more often it is sooner. UK Royal Mail First class takes 1-2 working days, 2nd class (our standard free delivery - see delivery page for more details) takes 2-5 working days in most cases, it can also sometimes take a day or two longer during busy periods. You should have received a tracking number by email if you selected Royal Mail delivery and it was a parcel rather than a large letter. The tracking will update once they have attempted delivery / delivered your package.
