We honestly can’t quite believe that this will be our 15th retreat since we first started running them back in 2017 🎉🥂. Over the years, these retreats have grown into something truly magical, and we’re incredibly proud to say that this makes us the longest consistently running needle felting retreat business, with more retreats than anyone else 🏆🧵 – all thanks to our wonderful, supportive felting community.
🎨 The Theme: 2D Needle Felting
For Summer 2026, we’ll be diving into the world of 2D needle felting, with inspiration including:

🌊 Scenic or story-led flat felted artwork
Whether you’re dreaming of rolling hills, woodland scenes, coastal views, or capturing a much-loved pet in wool, this retreat gives you the time, space, and support to truly explore your ideas ✨

As always, you’ll be supported by two experienced tutors throughout the retreat 💛
We’re delighted that Steffi, owner and designer of The Makerss, will be joined by Carol Wise, a long-standing needle felter and highly experienced workshop tutor 🧶🌟
Together, they offer expert guidance, technical know-how, and plenty of encouragement every step of the way.
