We are absolutely delighted to be back in January with our much-loved and well-established Winter Needle Felting Retreat.

Since 2017, we have been running our needle felting retreats twice a year (with only a break during the Covid pandemic), welcoming hundreds of makers through our doors and creating an inspiring, supportive community of felters.

One of the things we are most proud of is the number of returning retreaters. Typically, over half the places on a new retreat are booked by guests who have attended before. We feel this is the greatest testament to the experience we offer and the friendships, creativity and confidence our retreats inspire.

🐓 The Theme: Chickens!

Whether you keep chickens and would love to recreate your favourite hen in wool, want to create a famous feathered character from a book or film, or simply adore these wonderfully characterful birds, this retreat is for you.

Fancy making a pheasant or another chicken-like bird instead? That's absolutely fine too!

As always, you'll be supported by experienced tutors throughout the retreat.

We're delighted that Steffi, creative brain and designer at The Makerss, will be there by your side, together with another tutor (TBC).

Together, they offer expert guidance, technical know-how and plenty of encouragement every step of the way.
