Eagle Owl Needle Felt Pack (with or without tools) One of the largest owls in our collection, the Eagle Owl has proven very popular as a our January 2024 subscription box. You will work with wool batts and tops to make feathery details, use our new domed eyes, wire and pipe cleaner to make the legs.
In the videos below Steffi Stern walks you through useful technical tutorials to help you with the tail, and how to make the beak with wool and glue.
Suitable for beginners+ and children over 10 (or supervised crafty children 7+).
Skill Level: Felty Fledgling (Easy beginner)
Size in cm: approx. 35cm-40cm tall
Techniques used: Using core building techniques with batts and tops, making wire bird legs, adding feathery and facial details, joining shapes together.

Bought as a present for my wife's birthday so not made yet. But a well packaged super kit which I know she will really enjoy and should lead to more purchases.
I will enjoy making the felted donkey, the wool arrived very quickly and the instructions simple to download . Now for the difficult part,but the instructions look very ckear.
You just have to love these mice. They can become addictive!
