To make this project you will also need:
- white Shetland batts
- Stone Sheep Lamb Natural Black batts
- Lanolin Rich Core Wool batts
- Red Orange dyed NZ Merino batts
- Golden Yellow dyed NZ Merino
- Green Wire Stem
- orange Florist Tape
- Extra Strong Pipe Cleaner
- large white Wire Bird Legs
- 8mm Black Glue-In Eyes
You will also need: felting needles (#36 coarse, #38 medium), felting mat, wire cutters/pliers, clear-drying PVA glue, long sharp scissors.

Love this PDF. Very easy to follow with clear instructions. I shrunk the template so my puffin is 55% of the size shown. I was felting this bird for my husband and ge wanted it smaller. It is so damn cute!
This was a great set of instructions and quite easy to make. I'm a beginner and am thrilled that I now have a life-sized and very realistic puffin in my living room. The most difficult part for me was wrapping the webbed feet, but with practice, as promised, it worked well and they look great! The instructions were well-written and the accompanying photos made it very clear what I needed to do. I liked it so much I'm buying more .pdfs from The Makerss.
