Gorgeous tiny curls in beautiful variegated tones of muted colours. These are hand dyed for us in the UK and perfect for fairies, landscapes pictures or just to look at all day!
Handling Curls: Be careful when separating the curls and use scissors very gently rather than just pulling apart to avoid causing 'frizziness'.
Please Note: These are a natural product, hand-dyed using acid dyes for vibrancy of colour, so while we try get as close a match as possible, colours and curls may vary slightly from batch to batch. There may be a slight odour to the curls on removal from package, just leave to air for a while and this will fade.
As these curls are handdyed the colours will always vary from batch to batch and we ask you to allow for colour variations. All curls are variegated and your 10g of curls will have different shades too. We apologise if you are unable to match up curls you have previously ordered as the curls are truly unique and one of a kind.

I have made a few fairies using batts for the head/arms and legs etc. as I am much more used to batts but using tops was a different technique (especially for the head) so I found it a bit more challenging in terms of keeping a smooth surface but it was worth it for sure! I'm really happy with how it turned out - the YouTube tutorials were really helpful too in conjunction with the instructions. I think embroidering facial details (if you choose to do so) can take some practice... but, it looks great without too! It is my first time creating a fairy without facial features :)

Beautiful mix of colours perfect for 2d felt picture, can visualise a vivid sunset over a beach scene. The Makerss are my go to when I need new supplies, great service.
