✨ December Birthstone Fairy – Turquoise Fairy

We’re so excited to be back making fairies of our own design! 🌿
Introducing the first in our new Birthstone Fairy Series — December’s Turquoise Fairy.

This delicate fairy is dressed in shimmering blues and blue-greens, with soft brown curls and a tiny semi-precious turquoise bead cradled in her hands. She radiates calm, creativity, and winter magic. ❄️

Designed as a hanging decoration, she can also be made to stand on a base — full instructions are included so you can choose your favourite style.

A charming project for fairy lovers and a beautiful way to celebrate a December birthday or simply your love of all things handmade and magical. 🧚

Skill Level: Easy Beginner

Techniques used: Using wire and wrapping wool, basic shaping, adding features.

This kit contains:`

• Digital Full colour, step-by-step instructions accessed via QR or opt for printed instructions (choose a different option to have paper instructions included)
  
• Wool tops and batts
• Brown Wensleydale curls
• Paper covered wire
• Semi-precious turquoise stone (bead)
• 3mm black glue-in eyes
• To make a standing fairy you will need a 7x5cm eco wool mat (doubled up) or similar and extra wool to cover the base. 
• Optional: Tools (choose the relevant option to be included): Felting needles, Eco Wool Felting Mat (made from recycled wool and 100% compostable)
  

You will also need: clear-drying glue (PVA), scissors.
